More than ___ bright green tshirts were handed out Saturday, September 27, to smiling, bright-eyed kiddos at the ___ annual Touch-a-Truck held at First Baptist Church, Waynesburg. As corporate sponsor of an event that brings children from throughout Greene County, Hartman & Hartman was on hand with two shiny trucks and a bright blue racecar.
“The kids loved it. And, we loved it,” says Ed Koneski, ________. “This is an event that we love to sponsor each year. There’s nothing like seeing the smile on the children’s faces as they climb up in the big truck and start blowing the horn.”
The Touch-a-Truck is a community outreach initiative of the First Baptist Church that is made possible by corporate sponsors like Hartman & Hartman.
Children enjoy a free hotdog lunch, face-painting, a free t-shirt, crafts and a chance to “touch” every truck there.
